Melinda Zanetich
Melinda Zanetich is a highly experienced educational leader, expert facilitator and coach with a career in education that spans more than 25 years at school, regional and state level. She has also successfully developed and led her own leadership and coaching business working with aspiring and current educational leaders in a variety of settings. With a deep knowledge of how schools work she has a passionate commitment to empower leaders to create solution focussed workplace environments with strong cultures that are thriving, healthy and inclusive for all.
As a dynamic facilitator, Melinda has a reputation for creating and delivering bespoke, high quality, meaningful, interactive, fun and practical professional learning for staff on a diverse range of leadership and development topics. As a leadership coach, she is supportive, empathetic and non-judgemental, building positive and meaningful relationships with those she works with. Using a combination of facilitation, consulting and coaching Melinda has led leaders and their teams through major change projects, assisting them to become more effective and confident in their leadership while developing clarity and achieving outcomes for their personal benefit and for the advantage of the organisations they work in and the clients they serve.
Melinda has a strong interest in developing high performing teams and supporting current and aspiring leaders to build their confidence and capacity to create positive change in their lives through coaching. Melinda’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education, Masters in Professional Education & Training plus a Diploma in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing. She is also an certified practitioner for both the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and a member of the Australian Council for Educational Leaders.
