Lincoln is a highly experienced organisational coach and educational leader. A deep thinker who seeks to uplift and empower others, Lincoln is renowned for his integrity, loyalty, and tenacity. Lincoln quickly builds a strong rapport based on trust and mutual respect: a platform from which he empowers his clients to gain clarity, challenge assumptions, broaden perspectives and identify opportunities for growth.

Led by the needs of the client and in alignment with the organisational brief, Lincoln leverages high level questioning and coaching techniques to empower his clients to examine issues from a variety of perspectives (system, cultural and individual) and at previously unexplored depths achieve high impact and sustainable improvements in both performance and wellbeing.

As a highly accomplished teacher, school leader and system administrator, Lincoln is well versed in the complex professional and personal challenges that leaders face. In addition to his role as a coach, Lincoln currently works in an executive capacity for the Department of Education WA, and is leading the design and implementation of system level initiatives to; develop and support regional and remote leaders, improve leader wellbeing and lead school improvement.
