The Instructional Coaching Group (ICG) and Growth Coaching International (GCI) are joining forces.

This is a rare case of parallel lines crossing and coming together – for more than 20 years, both companies have led the world in developing tools and processes to help educators maximise their impact as they endeavour to transform the lives of their students.

Since 2002, under the leadership of US-based Dr Jim Knight, the ICG team has trained over 150,000 instructional coaches. Through their international network, their research-based methods have been adopted in over 45 countries.

During that same time, John Campbell in Australia has led GCI to develop ‘research informed, practitioner focused’ principles that underpin the coaching, consultancy and training programs his team delivers across four continents.

Both groups have researched, written and published seminal texts on the nature of our work.

Quite simply, our two companies are leaders in the field they helped to create.

This merger is not just about expanding capabilities; it's about combining our strengths to offer a richer, more comprehensive range of services.
